Product Information: We make every effort to display the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the colours and images may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. All sizes and measurements are approximate.

Artwork Proofs: For all personalised and custom-made orders, we will send you a digital artwork proof for your approval. This will normally be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being placed, unless the order is placed on a weekend, bank holiday, or a period of high demand. It is your responsibility to carefully check this proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, colour, and layout. We will not proceed with your order until we have received your written approval of the proof. Once you have approved the artwork proof, you accept full responsibility for its accuracy, and we will not be held liable for any errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or an alternative product.

Copyrighted Materials: We will not produce any goods using copyrighted material unless you provide us with a full, valid license or written permission from the copyright holder. By submitting an order with copyrighted material, you warrant that you have the right to use that material and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of such material.

5. Payment

You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method you use is yours. All payment transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Your Right to Cancel

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returns Policy: If you wish to cancel an order and return a product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned to us in its original, unused condition with all original packaging within 14 days of your cancellation notification.

Personalised and Custom-Made Goods: Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned product (excluding personalised items) and confirm it meets the conditions of our returns policy, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the product and the standard delivery cost. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Products: If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately. This applies to all products, including personalised and custom-made items. We will arrange for the return of the faulty item and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including the cost of return postage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this website without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any products purchased from it.
